Order Processing

What are your operating hours?
Mon-Fri (except on eve of public holiday and public holiday) 9am to 5pm

May I place my orders through phone?
No, we are not able to accept phone orders. Please place your orders on the site.

How do I know if I have placed my order successfully?
Upon payment, you will be directed to an order confirmation page as well as receive a confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order? 
Status of your order can be checked in the "My account" page.

How can I make changes to my order items?
Changes can be made to confirmed orders 2 working days in advance before delivery date. You may drop us a message via contact us page and please indicate your order number in your request. We will confirm your changes via email.

If I purchased an item before a promotion starts, but is due to receive it only after the promotion is running, am I still entitled to promotion’s benefits?
No, orders are processed at the point of receiving them, and hence, items would be charged at the price as at the moment of sale, regardless of delivery dates.

What if I faced an issue when placing my orders?
Please drop us a message via the contact us page and we will be glad to assist you. Our operating hours are: Mon-Fri (except on eve of public holiday and public holiday) 9am to 5pm.

I am interested in placing bulk orders, what should I do?
Please send in your bulk order requests through contact us page and we will respond to your enquiries within 1-2 working days.

 

Returns and Refunds

What should I do if I receive defective goods?
Please contact us via contact us page and we will be glad to assist you. Kindly indicate your order order number in your requests.

Can I cancel my orders and be refunded?
We can only cancel your orders 2 working days in advance before your delivery date. To cancel your order, please drop us a message via contact us page and indicate your order number in your requests. We will notify you once your orders have been successfully cancelled.

What do I have to look out for if my request is approved?
You will receive an email notification from us within 2-3 working days. Please note that you will have to bear any delivery charges and handling charges incurred during return or exchange of product.

What are the modes of payment?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex are accepted via the payment gateway at checkout. We do not provide cash in service.


If I am not a Price Club member, can I still shop online?
No, you are unable to place an order with us if you are not a Price Club member. Register online for free membership at Price Club and enjoy price discounts and points accumulation.
