LaDiva Pomace Olive Oil is naturally gluten free. Obtained from a blend of refined olive pomace oil and extra virgin olive oil, it is rich in oleic acid and has a mild and light flavour profile. With a high smoking point, it can withstand high temperatures without losing any natural nutrients.
